Gurin Ceramic Flat Iron Hair Straightener

I received another great product from Gurin that I am very happy with! This is their salon model professional ceramic flat iron hair straightener. I used heat tools on my hair all the time because have naturally wavy hair. My hair is also very thin so I have to be careful of how much heat I use on it also, so I always try to use tools like this one that allow me to control the temperature to my own desired amount of heat.

It is 1.25" in width and the ceramic plates are large enough to curl or straighten my hair in big sections to get the job done faster. This glides through my hair nicely and does not catch my hair on any corners or rip it out at all, like so many other straighteners I have used in the past. I did not notice any breakage of my hair while I was using this, which was nice!

The temperatures are controlled by a small knob inside the base of the flat iron. It displays a temperate range of a low end of 140 degrees up to the highest end of 450 degrees. While it does allow me to control my own temperature, I do wish it indicated better what the exact temperature is when you turn the knob. There are no numbers between 140 degrees and 450 degrees, so it is a bit of a guessing game. Overall, I felt like this did a nice job at both straightening and curling my hair.
