We do A LOT of baking in my household. I typically just use the standard aluminum baking sheet pans to place all of my prepared foods on. I have always wanted some of these silicone baking mats to place on top of my baking sheets. They are so nice when it comes to cleaning up afterwards since nothing sticks to them!
They are made with food grade silicone and is free from BPA and BPP. These mats are also eco-friendly as they reduce the need to use any non-stick lining such as wax paper or aluminum foil. You will no longer have the need for any cooking sprays or oils, which helps to make your foods healthier as well as less greasy. You can easily wash them in the dishwasher or with soap and warm water. They are safe to use in the freezer, microwaves, conventional ovens and toaster ovens.
The only thing that disappointed me about these baking mats is that it was supposed to come in a set that included a silicone spatula and a recipe booklet with 15 cooking recipes inside. I did not receive either of these items, just the two baking mats. I am still happy with the product overall, I was just hoping to receive all of the items as promised.
