I think this product may be the first, thus far, that I have to provide a negative review on. It's not a negative review in the sense that I hated the product, but in the sense that the customer service with the company was not good. Part of providing an honest an unbiased review is just that, being HONEST. My problem with this item is that I was never able to have it sent to me to test it out.
I would have loved to have had the opportunity, as the stock photos from the company's website describe this spiralizer to be a really neat kitchen tool! The company and product are based out of Germany and, unfortunately, when attempting to place the order I was notified that the seller is unable to ship this item to the US. I attempted to message the company directly in regard to this matter two separate times but received no communication back from them.
At any rate, I committed to providing a truthful review for this item so I am here to do just that. It looks like it could have a lot to offer as far as slicing, juicing and making fun spirals out of your favorite fruits and vegetables. This could be a fun way to get your kids involved with helping you prepare meals or just a unique way of presenting your dishes as well.
Perhaps one day I will be able to give this product a fair change and really see for myself if I would like it or not, but at this time, my thoughts can only go far without receiving it.
