These silicone baking sheets from PhatMat are lifesavers! They help so much when I am cooking or baking things in the oven. I love to be able to cook healthier foods for myself and my family and I am always looking for better ways to achieve this! These mats are perfect for cutting unhealthy calories from our meals because they are completely non-stick. This means no need for any cooking sprays, oils or unnecessary grease added to our food!
This set comes with two cookie sheet sized mats that you just lay on top of your pans and then place your desired foods on top of them. Pop them in the oven for that amount of cook time you need and you're done! I especially love the easy clean up these provide for me after we are finished eating. I absolutely HATE scraping my pans from crusted on foods. I have no need for the extra elbow grease with these guys. The sauces, cheeses, fillings, you name it slide right off with some warm water and soap!
As an added bonus, you also get a non-stick grill mesh for those awesome summer backyard cookouts you know you want to have every year! This thing is awesome! I've never seen anything like it really. I'm so used to just stuffing all of my grill foods inside of aluminum foil, that I never really thought about how much more useful a mat like this would be. You just place it on top of your grill and then place your foods on top of the mat. This really helps with meats to not get stuck to the metal bars of your grill and has large holes in the mesh to still allow for all of that yummy smokey flavor to be added to your dishes.
A helpful instructional guide is also included in the packaging and is really useful for covering the bases on how to use your new mats.
