It is now winter and Michigan has finally decided to act like it! We are currently getting dumped on with snow and pretty much the only thing I will be wearing as far as shoes go until Spring are boots! I usually wear just regular ankle socks with all of my boots, but this year I really wanted to try something different because I have seen so many other girls wear these really cute sweater leg warmers with their boots and it is very stylish as well as warm!
These leg warmers slide onto your calves and legs very easily, as they are made out of acrylic fibers and very stretchy! They cover from above my knee all the way down to just above my ankles. I still would need to wear my regular socks with these, but they cover a large portion of my leg to provide added warmth and cushion.
You can comfortably wear these leg warmers over your bare legs or on top of a pair of skinny jeans, tights, leggings, etc. The material is non itchy against my skin and it actually feels very soft and cozy. You can wash these in the washing machine normally in a load of your other every day clothing items just as if they were socks.
These leg warmers are also ribbed for added texture and detail when wearing them. They come in an array of different colors to choose from to match any outfit or pair of boots that you'd like. The one set back of ordering a pair of this is that the shipping took and incredibly long time to get the item to me. I originally ordered these on December 4th and just now received them today. That was a little disappointing, but we still have a long winter ahead of us so I know I will get a lot of use out of them still.
