After a long day at work and chasing the kids around the house during my free time, I am always looking for a quick and easy way to help me fit a little relaxation in for myself. I love it when my boyfriend gives me back rubs to help me fall asleep at night, but he is not always available with his work schedule and other things going on, so I needed to find something I could do for myself to soothe my tense muscles.

I found this convenient little penguin massager from Santamedical that is a handheld device that I can use myself to help release some tension in my neck, shoulders and back when I need to. I lift heavy boxes at times around the house and at work and I also often carry our little 5 year old girl and my 1 year old niece around the house or when we leave to go run some errands.  I like this massager because it is small enough to store away in my purse for moments when I feel the need to use it on the go and it also really focuses on the spots that need the attention the most.
