Spot and Pet Stain Remover By VeryDirtyCarpets
We have a little Chihuahua mix puppy named Bennie that we have had for about a year now. We potty trained him inside using puppy pee pads as soon as we got him because he was far too small to endure going to the bathroom outdoors in the freezing and harsh winter temperatures we have for about 4 months out of the year. He grasped the concept of the pee pads rather quickly as was not having any accidents in the house other than the occasional "oopsie" here and there.
Fast forward about a year and we are now having issues with him going potty all over the house and furniture. We figured out that it is most likely due to the fact that we have not gotten him neutered yet and he is going through a "King of the Castle" phase where he wants to mark his territory and show dominance in the house as well as going through a lot of puberty hormones that he wasn't before. I decided to make an appointment for him to finally be neutered, but he had already done some damage to the house with his pet stains that he created so I got this really great spot and stain remover spray from VeryDirtyCarpets. It is a nice and large bottle containing 32oz of product that will last us a great while for several uses.
In the photo, Bennie had just gone to the bathroom on our kitchen carpet and I knew this was the perfect opportunity to put my new carpet cleaner to use! I followed the very simple and easy directions located on the bottle and sprayed it on the carpet to let sit for a few minutes. I then used the brush to agitate the carpet and the cleaner as recommended. It only took me a few minutes to have the whole mess cleaned up and looking new again.
This is a before and after representation of the spot with the treatment applied and the after is when I blotted the product into the carpeting to remove any smells or stains that were soiling the area. It dried rather quickly after that and I couldn't even tell where the original spot was afterwards. There were no harsh smells left behind and it did not affect the color of my carpeting at all either that some other products may do because of having bleach in their ingredients.
This also does a great job at removing other stains that your pets may leave around the house, like feces or vomit from an upset stomach. This product doesn't just limit itself to pet stains either. We have kids in our home that are constantly making a mess spilling juices or foods on our couches and chairs that we have to chase behind them and quickly clean up after also. The nice thing about this product is that even up to 72 hours after a stain is left, this cleaner still does a wonderful job at fully removing those spots as if they never even happened! It's really great for family's with both kids and animals.
I occasionally even spill my coffee here and there as well, so I can't fully count myself out of the messes created, but I can feel confident that I will be safe and secure with making our surfaces look like new again when I am use this product.
